Alpine understands that when a system is down, you need a replacement part now. Our large inventory of repaired, reconditioned, and new medical imaging and storage parts allows us to ship a part for next day arrival. This allows the user to achieve the highest possible uptime without incurring excessive costs.
If you have never used our Advanced Exchange Program before we follow a simple 2-step program and agreement* that works as follows:
- Alpine Solutions, Inc. provides you, our customer, with a ready-to-go exchange part at a discounted price for next business day delivery*.
- The non-working part, called an exchange core, is due back to Alpine Solutions within 15 business days.
Our Advanced Exchange Program benefits both our customers and Alpine Solutions. Our program allows for our customers to get greater discounts on parts that are needed immediately. On the other side, it allows Alpine Solutions to have a constant supply of cores and allows us to keep our Advanced Exchange Program running smoothly.
Most of our customers are already taking advantage of our Advanced Exchange Program on a daily basis. Our Advanced Exchange Program speeds up the replacement of product needing repair and minimizes the total cost of ownership by eliminating the need to invest in and manage spare parts.
