The AGFA DRYSTAR 2000 imager is a tabletop imager that produces 8″ x 10″ diagnostic films with laser-like quality in color(model 2000C) and grayscale for ultrasound and nuclear imaging applications.

The Agfa Drystar 2000 System, a unique imaging system consisting of the AGFA Drystar 2000 dry imager and AGFA Drystar films, is convenient, networkable and ecological.

Agfa Drystar TM dry imaging films are designed to produce the very highest diagnostic quality hardcopies generated by the Agfa 2000 Dry Imager.

Agfa is state of the art in dry technology for diagnostic imaging. The AGFA Dry Imager 2000 for grayscale hardcopy imaging is the 8×10″ imager of choice.

AGFA DRYSTAR TM FILMS:

AGFA Drystar TM films produce crisp, stable images with the same “look and feel” as conventional film. Made of 175 um PET, AGFA Drystar TM films are designed for light box viewing.

THE AGFA 2000 IS CONVENIENT. Dry technology offers very easy to use, convenient operation – comparable to an office copier. Its compact size means the AGFA 2000 can be placed on a table-top or in mobile applications, or wherever it is most convenient for optimum diagnosis. Printer placement is no longer constricted to room size or plumbing connections.

AGFA DRY IMAGER FOR GRAYSCALE IMAGING:

Choice of interfaces. The modular design offers optimal application to your specific imaging and networking requirements. A wide variety of interfaces are available including video (LLR to UHLR) to digital, Ethernet (DICOM 3.0 / TCP/IP / Agfascript level 2) and SCSI.

The Drystar 2000 digital imager features built-in image spooling on an internal hard disk. This means high throughput because lock-out time is virtually eliminated. You can keep right on working no matter what happens. Neither must you endure long waiting times for your hard copy prints. Black & white films require only 70 seconds for the first prints, the second prints require even less.
