Replacement Parts: We are unlimited resource for parts, including many hard-to-find parts discontinued by major manufacturers. In business since 1991, we’re one of the largest service and support companies for medical imaging and storage replacement parts.
Technical Support: Our technical support staff are OEM trained and certified to service Sony, Codonics, Agfa, Kodak, and most imagers (film printer), medical printers, VCR/DVD recorders, optical drives, tape drives, and hard drives.

Preventative Maintenance: We offer PM kits to keep your medical imaging and storage products in optimal working condition.
PACS Solutions: We will assist you with the site planning, product procurement, and the transition (from start to finish) to digital imaging operation. Alpine Solutions also sells and services peripheral equipment required for PACS including printers, film digitizers, CR readers, diagnostic monitors, workstations, CD image storage managers and more.
Quick, Quality Repairs: Our technicians are OEM trained and certified and work in an anti-static test and repair facility that allows them to perform the highest quality, yet rapid, repair of your products. Once we receive your damaged or non-working part, we’ll repair or recondition your product and run vigorous tests to ensure that your product is working properly before we send it back to you.
Advanced Exchanges: Minimize any site downtime by choosing our Advanced Exchange Program. Just place an order for a replacement part, and we’ll ship that part out to you immediately. Once your new part is installed, simply return your defective part back to us. That’s it!
Warranty Programs and Insurance: We stand by the quality of our parts and products, therefore, we offer a variety of product warranties ranging from 90 days to 1 year. We also provide “drop insurance” for further peace of mind.
